TRAINING POLICY

The student is accountable for completing the programme within the allotted DelAcademy timeline and fulfilling all course requirements, such as assignments, tests, and labs. The entire tuition must be paid by the student who wants to repeat or retake the course. A student who has a medical emergency will be granted an exception. Only a death in the family or a personal health problem will be regarded as a medical emergency. If permitted, this student may interrupt the programme for a maximum of three months. Before the student can return to the programme, a $200 registration fee and a doctor’s note are necessary. The student will be assigned to the following available batch by DelAcademy. 

REFUND POLICY

 If a student registers for a course but does not begin it before officially withdrawing, they must give DelAcademy written notice of their intent to do so within five days of registering. In this case, they will receive a 100% refund of their tuition money, less a $200 registration charge. Following receipt of the student’s notice of withdrawal by DelAcademy, refunds will be processed within 30 days. A formal written notification of intent to withdraw from the course within 30 days of enrollment must be given if the student has already begun the course. For each class taken, including the demo class, the student will be charged at the per-class rate plus tax (if applicable).

Refer to the class rate on your registration form. A student who misses class is not entitled to a refund for those classes. Before ceasing to attend classes, the student is required to submit a withdrawal intent. After 30 business days, cancellations of the course will not be refunded. A $200 registration charge will be deducted from any refunds, if any. Within 30 days, a refund will be sent in the student’s original form of payment. 

CONSULTING

A graduate who has fulfilled all the prerequisites for the training course is qualified to join our consulting company. The student will receive an acceptance offer after completing the entrance exam and interview. A student may pause the offer after being accepted into our Consulting team for one month. Students who wish to join the Consulting team after one month must re-register and pay the necessary costs. A Student who suspends enrollment in the Consulting team for less than one month may re-join without paying any additional expenses. Students may request to take an unpaid leave of absence for up to one month while working on a consultancy project. After one month, students won’t be able to join the consulting project without re-registering and paying the necessary costs. The student will have to wait till a suitable project is available as project availability will vary. To ensure that Students and the DelAcademy staff can accept client projects and deliver on time and to the expected quality, consulting policies have been established. As a result, these guidelines could change.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Student agrees that they will not, directly or indirectly, engage in or participate in any business activities such as (Training or Tutoring) of the subject, technology, or course(s), course material taken at DelAcademy within any geographic area in which DelAcademy conducts its business without the written consent of DelAcademy during their term of being an active Student and for a period of two (2) years after graduating from DelAcademy. 

PAYMENT PLAN APPLICATION

RIGHT TO SEEK FULL PAYMENT OF FEES: The student is obligated to pay the full tuition as outlined in this payment plan once they have committed to filing for a payment plan during the training programme and have started training. DelAcademy maintains the right to use any and all legal means, including but not limited to pursuing payment through civil court and collection agencies, to ensure that the Student pays the programme fees in full. 

Students requesting a payment plan option must supply a credit card for automated payment withdrawals on our Moneris payment system. AUTOMATED PAYMENT (Credit Card ONLY) A refused payment will accrue a 5% daily late fee until the whole amount is paid. If a student’s payment is denied twice, they will be removed from class. To supply the office with your credit card information, call them. The option to apply for a weekly or biweekly payment plan is given to the student.
